Recommendation and connecting the user with the appropriate lawyer:
- The platform allows users, whether registered or visitors, to search for suitable registered lawyers for their legal case or issue using the available filters: country, city, area, and legal specialty.
- After selecting the appropriate lawyer, the user can access the lawyer's page, where the contact methods chosen by the lawyer are displayed, such as phone number, email, or address, for the user to decide later whether to contact the lawyer in the appropriate manner.
- The platform clarifies that any subsequent communication between the user and the lawyer takes place outside the platform and is the sole responsibility of both parties, without any obligation or guarantee from the platform regarding responses or the provision of personal consultations.
Asking for legal advice:
- Only registered users can ask legal questions or present legal issues through the platform.
- These questions are only visible to registered lawyers, and no personal details about the user who asked the question are displayed.
- Unregistered visitors or users cannot access these questions or issues.
- The platform clarifies that all published responses are intended for general educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for specialized legal advice.
User rights:

- Lawyers are prohibited from providing public or direct consultations that conflict with laws, regulations, and professional instructions, and the lawyer alone bears full legal and professional responsibility for any violation.
- All information provided through the platform must be for educational and general purposes only, and must be accurate and reliable, while respecting user privacy and not disclosing any personal data without their consent.
Platform limitations:
- The platform is not a law firm and does not provide legal consultations or services. All information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for specialized legal advice.
- The platform prohibits any illegal use, abuse of services, or violation of the rights of others.
Content ownership:

Disclaimer and Platform Responsibilities
- The platform management bears no legal or material responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by users or lawyers, and all content published on the platform represents the opinion of its author only, and does not necessarily reflect the opinion of the management or founders.
- The platform bears no direct or indirect responsibility for any damage, loss, or legal or material consequences that may arise from the use of any content on the platform or as a result of interactions between users or lawyers. The platform is not a party to any agreement or communication that takes place outside its scope, and does not guarantee or intervene in any relationship that may arise between the user and the lawyer outside the platform's boundaries.
- The platform prohibits the publication of any content that contains abuse, assault, defamation, slander, incitement, hate speech, or violation of intellectual or privacy rights.
- Upon receiving an official complaint from a user, lawyer, or relevant authority, the platform management will review the reported content, and if a clear violation is found, the management reserves the right to immediately ban the offending account without prior notice or obligation to justify the decision to the banned party.
- The platform management is committed to fully cooperating with judicial or bar association authorities when requesting information related to published content or user identity, and the requested data will only be provided in accordance with the law and in a manner that preserves user privacy.
Adoption of the official version and protection of the translation.
- The Arabic version of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is the official and legally binding version for the Jlseh platform.
- The versions in other languages are provided for convenience only and do not have any legal effect or binding force.
- The platform reserves all rights to the official version and any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the provisions of the official version.
