He is an expert in arbitration cases, serving as both president and member of arbitration panels, with a particular focus on labor disputes, financial claims, and compensation. He has been appointed by courts as an expert in numerous cases and serves on various committees within the Bar Association. He is the General Manager and Executive Director of the Advisory Center for Advocacy and Arbitration, which includes a team of highly experienced specialized lawyers covering a wide range of legal fields.
